Vetting & Safeguarding

Children's safety before anything.

We're fully committed to the welfare and safeguarding of children and do everything within our means to ensure a safe environment for students and staff.

To support that commitment, our candidate vetting process not only meets but exceeds current UK guidance and legislation including:

  • Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSIE)
  • Teaching Regulation Agency (TRA)
  • The Department for Education (DFE)
  • UK Visas & Immigration
  • Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS)
  • The Recruitment & Employment Confederation (REC)

We employ and train specialist compliance staff to reflect our values and thoroughly understand each element of the process and examine candidate documents and evidence. For each candidate booked, we'll email you a comprehensive Candidate Vetting & Safeguarding Checklist before their start date.
