RT Education is a division of the RT Group which includes our sister companies, RT Social Care and Flex360. Across the group, we provide a variety of recruitment solutions to the UK's public sector, adopting a collaborative approach with our candidates and clients.

Established in 2008 as 'Recruitment Team Nine Limited', the group was initially formed to focus solely on the provision of recruitment services for the Social Care sector under the 'RT Social Care' brand.
In 2014, 'RT Education' was established to address a growing demand for staff within the education sector and has since established itself as a key provider of teaching staff throughout the UK.
2018 saw the creation of 'Flex360', a further division within the group that specialises in the provision of fully managed, outsourced services to social care providers. This includes various project-based work to assist with local authority service delivery and provide flexibility in terms of addressing workload needs as and when required.
I have been impressed with RT Education and how quickly they were able to assist me when I was let down by a different agency – this happened during the Christmas and New Year break, but Charlie managed to source candidates who were available for the first Monday back in January.
