At RT Education, we’re looking for friendly, reliable Cover Supervisors to join our team and support local schools. We have a variety of work available including:
- Same-day bookings
- Next-day bookings
- Long-term placements
Working Hours:
- 8:30am – 3:30pm, Monday to Friday (term time)
What you’ll be doing:
- Supervising classes when teachers are absent
- Helping students stay on task with the work provided
- Maintaining a positive and calm classroom environment
- Providing brief feedback to school staff at the end of the day
What we’re looking for:
- Confident and approachable individuals who enjoy working with young people
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Flexible, dependable and willing to travel to different schools
- Happy to become fully compliant as soon as possible (DBS, references, safeguarding training, etc.)
