Drama Teacher
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Drama Teacher to join our creative team from April 2026. This role is ideal for a passionate educator who can inspire students through the performing arts and support the continued delivery of a high-quality drama curriculum on a temporary basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach drama across KS3 and KS4 delivering engaging and practical lessons.
- Encourage creativity, confidence, and collaboration through performance and script work.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively in line with school policies.
- Support students in developing performance skills, vocal techniques, and stagecraft.
- Prepare students for assessments, showcases, or productions where applicable.
- Work collaboratively with other staff in the arts department.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Specialism or strong background in Drama / Performing Arts.
- Experience teaching drama in a UK school environment preferred.
- Strong communication, classroom management, and organisational skills.
