About the Role:
As an HLTA, you will play a vital role in enhancing learning across the school by:
- Delivering lessons and leading learning activities in the absence of the teacher
- Supporting teachers with planning, assessment, and classroom management
- Leading small group interventions and supporting individual students
- Contributing to the development of teaching resources and strategies
- Promoting a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
